The Yewdale Inn And Hotel Coniston Village

We didn't like the bed, it was small, nonetheless it was truly a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

I loved the hotel, it was tasteful and clean.

Fairly clean stunningly beautiful accommodation with amicable staff and cosy location very close to everything.

Best possible location, brilliant service - everything is great. Light room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. All facilities where good too.

It's clean, very good staff and food. The attached restaurant is pleasant, serves excellent dishes. Would definitely return here, really enjoyed this place, thank you very much.

The location was fab, at a walking distance from National Trust. Our suite was budget with a view.

Exceptional location, dismissive staff, variety of food for the continental breakfast. We got a very well decorated double room. The best part was the magnificent view of the sea. Smooth check in and in general friendly service.

The property was lovely, the staff was brilliant, everything else was excellent too. I had immaculate room with comfy beds. They made my stay wonderful. Ideal location to Grizedale Arts.

Great stay, we were there for 2 days. The place was minute walk from Coniston heart of the city. Furthermore, the area was lovely.

There was no pressure, it kinda bothered us.

I really enjoyed the details, like food and rooms, they were second to none! And it also had fairly good view. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a domestic area.

The accommodation provided essentials for our trip, we appreciated location and staff. Fantastic view, a lovely balcony, extra large bed, too. A very pretty building in the heart of Coniston. Had delicious dishes in a beautiful restaurant:)))

Delightful design, breakfast was awesome. My standard queen room and all facilities were superb. Attentive service here. Peaceful location, just a walk down to Church of st Andrew.

Gracious staff & cheap hotel. We took a budget queen room and it had an iron and a flat-screen TV.

yewdale - is simply one love. the staff and location were lovely and the view was great. also, it was very close to levers water and the main attractions.

Marvellous location, warm ambience, our stay was enjoyable. Excellent bedroom. A special mention to the bar staff, you are dope!

All good — we enjoyed our stay — food was FABULOUS and loyal staff. We will be returning here soon anytime. A wonderful base for exploring Coniston. A good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Black Bull that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Nothing negative to say.

We liked the great view. Easy walk to herdwicks cafe and bistro, where you can have lunch. It is not far from the airport...
